Deposits
Deposits once placed are non-refundable for any reason. Deposits go toward the cost of the tattoo, they are not a separate drawing fee. In the case of multi session projects, deposits will only be applied to the last appointment. The size of the deposit will depend on the scale and complexity of the tattoo request.
Why are deposits non-refundable?
We do not charge for the time it takes to draw your custom request. The cost is factored into our hourly tattoo rate. If what we come up with for you is unsatisfactory, we will re draw it until you are satisfied. If you choose not to go ahead with getting your artwork tattooed, the deposit will be forfeit and go towards your artist for the time they spent on your artwork. If you re-schedule your tattoo less than 72 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeit and go to your artist for the missed appointment. Another deposit will need to be placed before another appointment will be booked.
Re-Scheduling

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice of rescheduling in order to maintain your deposit. If we do not receive notice within 72 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeit and another deposit will need to be placed before another appointment will be booked.
What if I have a valid reason for re-scheduling?
Unfortunately this is a policy we must enforce, regardless of circumstance to be able to keep our doors open. Most often our artists book only one appointment per day in order to maintain a high level of quality, both with preparing your artwork and applying your tattoo. These appointment are often booked weeks to months in advance. Being able to not only find a client but prepare artwork for them to fill a re-scheduled day with only 3 days notice is often times a very tough ask. In an ideal world we would ask you give us a week’s notice in order for us to be able to find a client to fill your spot, however we understand things happen last minute and we feel 72 hours is a fair middle ground for both artists and clients.
Touch-Ups
The cost of touch ups will be judged on a case to case basis. Most touch ups will be free with your next tattoo, however if you would like to come in only for a touch up appointment, there will be a cost associated.
The cost of touch ups for the following areas of the body will be charged at our full hourly rate. These areas are notorious for being difficult to heal even with experience.
Feet - Toes - Soles of Feet - Hands - Fingers - Palms - Knees - Elbows
Artwork for Appointments
If you would like to see your artwork prior to your appointment date please inform us during your consultation and we will set a date prior to your appointment date for you to come into the shop and see your artwork. Artwork will never be sent to you, you will have to set up an appointment to see it. You may not take a picture of your artwork. If you need other’s opinions on the artwork for your body, bring them with you to your viewing appointment.
